If you require an accompanying person, they can travel free of charge with the appropriate note in your disability pass. You'll find all the information how to book your PRM accompanying person below.
Requirements
Your companion travels free of charge if your disability pass clearly states that "the holder of this pass requires a companion." Simply book the journey for your companion by entering your desired travel dates in the connection search above.
For Klimaticket Ö Spezial holders:
If you have a Klimaticket Österreich Spezial, this is sufficient as proof. Your accompanying person is also entitled to travel in our Comfort Class free of charge. Book your accompanying person for KTÖ Spezial holders here.
Further information
Please note that the Relax Check-in is not available for passengers travelling with PRM companions. The check-in will be carried out directly by our stewards on board.
