And here how it works:
- After successful payment you will receive an email with the gift voucher in PDF format. The PDF contains a QR code and a unique voucher code.
- The gift voucher can be used for multiple payments and does not have to be used up all at once.
- You can check the available credit online at any time by clicking on the link provided in the PDF.
- The Westbahn gift voucher is valid for 30 years from the date of purchase. Cash redemption is not possible.
- You can also use the gift voucher to pay for the KlimaTicket Ö in one of our WestShops.
