Due to track renewal work by ÖBB Infra on the Arlbergbahn between Ötztal and Bludenz, no rail services will be available between Innsbruck and Bregenz from 06 October – 02 November 2025. For trains to/from Vorarlberg, a free rail replacement service with buses will be organised between Innsbruck and Bludenz. To get from/to Bludenz please use the regional train services. Your Westbahn-ticket will be accepted on this trains.

Due to construction work by ÖBB Infra between Attnang-Puchheim and Wels, the journey time in the direction of Vienna will be extended by 6 minutes for the following stops and trains on Saturday, 01 November 2025 and Sunday, 02 November 2025:

• Stops: Wels, Linz, Amstetten, St. Pölten, Vienna Hütteldorf and Vienna Westbahnhof
• Trains: 953, 955, 971, 961, 973, 963, 957, 965, 959, 975, 967, 977, 969 and 979

Due to construction work by Deutsche Bahn between Salzburg and Kufstein, rail services will be limited from Monday, 3 November to Wednesday, 5 November 2025. The following services will be cancelled between Salzburg and Innsbruck:

• Direction Innsbruck: trains 972 and 978 (only on 03. + 04.11.2025)
• Direction Salzburg, Vienna: trains 971 (only on 04. + 05.11.2025) and 975

Regular services between Vienna and Salzburg are not affected.

Due to construction work by DB InfraGO between Salzburg and Rosenheim on Friday 07.11.2025, no train services will be possible between Salzburg and Munich from 20:00. Train 968 to Munich will be diverted from Wels via Passau.

The following stops will be cancelled for this train: Attnang-Puchheim, Vöcklabruck, Salzburg, Rosenheim and Munich East (München Ost).

The journey time will be extended by approx. 30 minutes.

Due to construction work by DB InfraGO between Salzburg and Rosenheim, no train services will be possible between Salzburg and Munich from 08. – 18. November 2025. Trains to/from Munich and Stuttgart will be diverted from Wels to Munich main station via Passau.

The following stops will be cancelled for trains to/from Germany: Attnang-Puchheim, Vöcklabruck, Salzburg, Rosenheim and Munich East (München Ost).

The journey time will be extended by 10 – 40 minutes.

The rail replacement buses will depart from Salzburg Taxham Europark.
